Before you "lash out" with mascara you need to do a lttle prep work. Curl your lashes. This will help to lift and make eyes more open, really! Also, there is a new product by MAKEUP FOR EVER Lash Rx. This product revives lashes and improves texture and prevents breakage. When applying mascara first apply it straight up from the center of the lash line. Then angle the wand and apply the next coat from the middle toward the temples and the last coat apply from the middle of lashes toward your nose. These three coats will help to fan out lashes. Depending on your needs there a variety of mascaras that will do different thingsfor your lashes.
If your looking to add vavoom to volume try Shu Uemura Ultimate Expression Mascara. I personally love and use L'OREAL Voluminous in black. To plump up those skinney lashes, DuWop Lash Venom in black will plump up lashes in just a few stokes.
