TAME TRESSES FOR HAIR THIS SPRING

The hottest trend for your hair this Spring is leisurely locks. Thank goodness! Truthfully, who has the time to spend in the morning working on a complex hairstyle that probably only looks good on the runway (not me)? Hair this season is smooth, soft and simple. Many celebs have been spotted with straight or soft, wavy hair with center parts. I have also seen the 18-20 something celebs in simple 60's braids which looks cute on them. (I don't know that I would recommend these braids for those of us 30 and above because we might look more like we are stuck in the 60's).

To help get the hair you want this Spring I have found a few products that are up to the challenge in creating your new look. I found these products at bluemercury apothecary - spa in Atlantic City, NJ. I love this shop because I always find different high end products that I can't find around where I live. I have so much fun playing with and trying out the new products (you know you love to do it too)! But anyway enough about me, let's get to the products!

Okay, Use a leave-in conditioner such as Philip B Lovin' conditioner. This product protects hair color and rejuvenates hair root to tip for softer hair. The next product that I like is Terax Silk Foam Mousse. This mousse gives hair medium hold, which means no crunchy hair. It contains rice proteins and hydrolyzed silk that gives your hair a smooth, silky texture and improves strength and elasticity. Finally, for those of you with wavy hair, Frederic Fekkai has a product called Oceanique Tousled Wave Spray to help those waves stay soft, loose and sexy.

Here's your Spring TO-DO-LIST. Update your "do" for Spring, have some fun trying out new hair products and styles, laugh a lot, and of course eat chocolate. Let me know how you make out. Till then! B.
