Hi ladies! Happy Friday to all of you. We successfully made it through another week, time to relax and enjoy the weekend. I have a few gatherings with friends this weekend so I want to be well rested in order to enjoy my time with them. Here's what I like to use to get a good night's sleep.

I love to surround myself in pretty scents. Certain scents calm, relax and invigorate me. I like to use scented candles to change the mood of a room and I also like to use different scented body lotions and oils from Bath and Body Works to relax and unwind from a busy day. The scent of vanilla, or as I like to call it, vanillahhhh! always relaxes me. To me the scent of vanilla is such a soft, "girly" scent. I like to warm vanilla lotion and vanilla body oil, mix it together and apply it to my body right before bedtime ( my little secret for a peaceful bedtime).
It doesn't matter what your fav scent is, we girls like to smell "pretty". It is something that we all have in common.
