OPI MATTE NAIL POLISH
The newest trend in nail color from OPI is leaving me feeling flat and unexcited! I love OPI Nail Polish but the new matte finish does not impress me. The colors such as Lincoln Park After Dark and Strawberry Margarita are great but I definitely prefer them in a shiny finish rather than matte.
MATTE WORK
I wear nail polish because I like the "polished" look of my nails (hence the word "polish"). The matte finish left me with lack luster nails and my hands looked stubby and unkempt. It almost looked like I had painted my nails with paint primer. The color was flat with no dimension to it. It reminds me of the time I accidentally got a small amount of polish remover on my nails. It was just enough to take the shine off the polish. My nails looked so bad that I had to do them all over again.
I still love OPI Nail Polish but, the matte finish is not for me. Please let me know what you think about matte finish nail polish. Till then! B.
