HEY THERE DOLL FACE!
Guerlain Radiant Blush In Russian Doll promises you "Russian Doll Like Rosy Cheeks". This blush comes in a"pumpable" sheer liquid formula that has a creamy texture. If you aren't used to applying liquid blush, like me, it does take some practice in learning how to apply it properly so that you don't wind up looking like Bozo the Clown. I do like the slim, sleek design of this blush and really 1 drop of this blush is all you need for both cheeks! However, I found that it was hard to control the amount of blush that I pumped out. I wound up wasting quite a bit of it and at $42 a bottle I felt like I was throwing away money.

THINK PINK
I would describe the shade of pink from The Russian Doll Blush as "Panic Pink" because that is exactly what I did when I first saw it! It is a bright pink that is much brighter than what I am used to wearing. But for the sake of beauty research I gave it a shot! I found that once I got the hang of applying this blush that it gave my cheeks a natural kind of flush. It reminds me of how my cheeks look after playing around outside in the Fall, a very natural rosy flush.

IT'S ALL IN THE APPLICATION
Here is how I successfully ( after MANY tries) applied The Guerlain Radiant Blush In Russian Doll. I first pumped 1 drop of this blush onto the back of my hand (back of the hand is a smoother surface than my palm). I found that the blush just got stuck in the creases of my palm and it was hard to get enough off to apply to my face. Then I used a skunk brush ( the brush bristles are black and white just like a skunk) to apply the blush to my cheeks.. This helped the blush go on smooth and evenly. I did like my results from using this product. I think that it is a nice change from my "old reliable" blush.
