Got a guy in your life that loves to look his best but because he is a "man" he won't use any "girlie beauty products"?  Well, I think I may have solved your problem.. I was asked by John Allan's, who is a company that specializes in men's grooming products, ( I was careful not to say the word "beauty") to try out some of their products.  They sent me a wonderful assortment of  guy friendly grooming products.  So, in order to give a fair evaluation of their line, I had my own special guy do the testing and he was to report his findings to me.  I have to admit that I did try out a few products myself.  I can't help myself when it comes to beauty, I mean grooming products! Here's what he found.

SHAVING GETS A (MANLY) MAKEOVER!
My guy has the typical shaving routine, wet your face, lather up with some plain ,old, dry out your skin shaving cream, then drag a razor over his rough face, rinse and then patch up any razor nicks (sounds painful!).However, since using the John Allan's line he has changed his shaving routine for the better! First he preps his skin with the Slick Water Pre-Shave Solution. He found that this product created a "slick" surface on his skin which allowed the razor to glide over rather than drag across his face.  He also found that his skin was less irritated and razor nicks were eliminated.  Next, he applied the John Allan's Shave Slick Conditioning Cream (shaving cream). He loved that he was able to get a clean close shave and that his skin irritation was minimized.  After shaving he finished off with John Allan's Splash Cooling After Shave which soothed and conditioned his newly shaved face and he loved the scent!

Skincare, I know it's not a word my husband usually uses but it is now.  For his nightly skincare routine he used the John Allan's Scrub Exfoliating Face Cleanser. I never thought my husband would ever use a facial scrub and love it as much as he did with this one! After cleansing he followed up with the Replenishing Moisturizer, he says that his skin was soft, smooth and healthy looking and I would have to agree!.

In keeping with his "skincare routine", next he tried the Bodywash Moisturizing Cleansing Gel which left his skin with a nice clean feeling and scent.  He also loved how nice and soft his skin was, especially important for those of use who experiencing a very cold and dry Winter!

Finally, my husband tried the Ocean Daily Nourishing Shampoo and Mint Invigorating Conditioner.  In his opinion his hair looked and felt healthy, shiny and clean, Oh, and I forgot to mention that he loved the scent (who knew scent was so important to a guy when it came to grooming products.)!

My husband says that he loves the John Allan's Skincare and Grooming Line.  It keeps him looking great and still allows him to stay "manly" while grooming. I say that I think he looks so handsome and I love how soft his face and body are.  He looks like a million bucks to me!!!
