TIS THE SEASON TO GET CHUBBY. FA-LA-LA-LA-LA-LA!

Ahh the Holidays! The fun, friends, festivities and the FOOD (my personal favorite part to the season)! But once the parties are gone what are you left with? I'll tell you, regret!  Regret that you ate all the food that you did.  Most of us experience that "post holiday pudge", you know when your pants fit a little too snug and you end up wearing yoga pants for the few weeks. So, how do we fix the " pudge problem"?  We make a New Year's resolution to lose the weight and hopefully not repeat our over-eating mistakes again next year. I go through this EVERY  year, you'd figure I would have learned my lesson by now!  My only saving grace is that I exercise on a regular basis but even that won't totally prevent all Holiday weight gain.

Someone over at RocketXL must have know about my Holiday battle with the pudge because a few months ago I was asked to try out  The Sensa Weight -Loss System.  This system is a very simple and easy way to curb your appetite. All you need to do is sprinkle Sensa evenly over the entire surface of the food you normally eat, breakfast ,lunch, dinner and snacks.  It comes in a convenient, compact package that easily fits into your purse or lunch bag so you can be sure to have it with you every time you are eating. Each Sensa package has a sweet side and a salty side (just like me!) so, depending on what you are eating you sprinkle your food with the appropriate powder.

I found that the Sensa did not change the flavor of my food , which is VERY important and it seemed to have a curbing effect on my appetite.  Because I was eating less during my "normal" day I was able to enjoy myself during the Holiday parties.  I felt I was able to eat what I wanted without the dreaded over-stuffing of myself .  And yes, I did "sprinkle" my food at the parties.  I found that while using the Sensa program I was able to enjoy all the wonderful flavors of the season and still look great after all the festivities!
