I was scouring the makeup aisles in search of the prettiest eyeshadows for the Spring when I came across the new Maybelline Color Pearls Marbleized Eyeshadow. Have you had a chance to check them out yet? Maybelline has taken "flat" eyeshadow to the next dimension. Maybelline's newest eyeshadow uses its "baked " technology that blends together 7 different pigments with uncrushed pearls for an "almost too pretty to use" eyeshadow. I found this eyeshadow to be very similar to the more expensive Laura Geller Baked Eyeshadow. However, the Maybelline eyeshadow gives you get the SAME unbelievable color as the "fancier brand" minus the big price tag.
Maybelline Color Pearls Marbleized Eyeshadow is pretty to look at and even prettier to wear! I love the fact that 1/2 of the shadow is a beautifully marbleized shadow and the other half is a solid shade. This 2 in 1 shadow allows you to be able to get as crazy and creative as you like! To create my "dazzling eyes" I sweep the marbleized shadow over my lids. Then I take a small brush and use a lighter shade from the marbleized side to highlight the inner corners of my eyes and the area just below my eyebrows. To finish I use the solid shade as a liner on my upper lash line. If you are looking for a bolder color just sweep your brush across BOTH sides of the shadow to deepen the color.
