The saying "you get what you pay for" doesn't ALWAYS hold true when it comes to mascara. As a true lover of all that is beauty related, I couldn't help but be curious about the "promise" of false lashes in a tube from the Maybelline Volum' Express The Falsies. I set out this weekend determined to give this new mascara a try. As I was walking down the makeup aisle the bright, flirty colors of the new Maybelline mascara instantly caught my eye. I grabbed my tube of "luxe lashes" and headed for home to try out my new purchase.
I found the Maybelline Volum' Express The Falsies was very easy to apply. I had no clumping and the "spoon brush" did a great job at coating every single, teeny, tiny lash, even the ones I never knew I had, with mascara. My lashline looked full, thick and sexy. Now, did the MAYBELLINE Volum' Express The Falsies give me the same luxe lahsline that I get from wearing false lashes? No, I really don't think that this is possible. But it did do a great job at improving and enhancing what I naturally had. So, if you are looking for a good mascara that will create a fuller, thicker looking fringe that won't break your "beauty bank" then check out the new Maybelline Volume Express The Falsies. Please let me know what you think. Till then! B.
