PRODUCT REVIEW OF CHI SILK INFUSION AND HANA SHINE SHIELD
Heat protection is something that is very near and dear to me. Since I use heated styling tools (actually I can't live without them) I need to be careful not to let them scorch my tresses. Styling products that keep my hair smooth, shiny and protect my strands against heat damage are an absolute must have for me. I recently received a complimentary sample of the CHI Silk Infusion and the Hana Shine Shield from Misikko. I decided to do a head to head comparison of these 2 products and then report my findings to you. Here's what I found.
At first "sniff " both products have a very pretty, refreshing scent. I found that both the CHI Silk Infusion and the Hanna Shine Shield did a great job at smoothing and adding major shine to my hair. Since I have fine hair I only needed to use a teeny, tiny amount of both products. Too much of this type of treatment can weight down fine hair. One difference I found was that the CHI Silk Infusion did a better job at smoothing my "crunchy" ends. Even after blow drying and flat ironing my ends were smooth and fly away free. Another difference I found was the Hana Shine Shield gave my hair a bit more "slip" which created a truly silky feel to my hair. All in all, both products did a nice job at smoothing adding shine and protecting my strands from heat damage. Please let me know what you think. Till then! B.

I really love this (chi silk infusion)stuff, and biosilk hair stuff. I like to use one for several weeks and switch to the other back and forth. It does wonders.
