SO EASY, I COULD DO IT!
Okay, I went out and did it!  I bought the new Garnier Blow Dry Perfector Kit because I had to see for myself what all the hype was about!  I think that the Garnier Blow Dry Perfector Kit  was created with the non professional hair care expert mind because it is soooo easy to use that even I could do it!  My hair as many of you know has MANY "personalities".  It is fine, color treated, heat damaged (split ends), an occasional unruly wave and has a tendency to get frizzy especially in the summer.  So smooth hair does NOT come easily for me!

SMOOTH HAIR 101

To use the Garnier Blow Dry Perfector Kit you simply apply the Smooth-It Serum to your hair and let it sit for 20 minutes.  Rinse hair and then apply the heat activated Perfect-It Cream.  Blow dry your hair as you normally would and your finished.  That's it, no complicated directions and no appointment necessary for sleek, smooth and "pouf" free hair!  My hair is smooth root to tip and so far (it has been day 3 today) I have no frizz and it has been very humid where I live!

SKIN SERUM |AVOCADO OIL

I would consider a $100 bottle of skin serum a "selfish splurge"of mine.  For most of my beauty purchases I do set a limit on how much I am willing to spend on a product but every once in awhile I like to treat myself and my skin to a little somethin' special. The Ladi Avokanto Avocado Oil by Sponge Skin Care is definitely one of those "splurgy" products that I am glad I said "yes" to.  After reading in Harper's Bazaar Magazine on-line that this product is one that Scarlet Johansson uses for her always luminescent skin I had to give a try!

THE SHINING

BEAUTY MASK BOSCIA

LIP PLUMPER BUXOM LIPSTICK REVIEW

Finding a lipstick with "staying power" isn't an easy task especially in the summer when makeup tends to slide off my face.  A girlfriend of mine swears by the long lasting power of the Buxom Big and Healthy Lip Stick so I when I came cross it I had to give it a try.  I mean who doesn't want "big, buxom lips?

Make it shine.

Oh, what a tough weekend it has been for me and my family.  We spent most of our time beach-side trying to keep cool (it's tough work I know! Ha-Ha). Is it me or has it been a very HOT July so far?
